Where our competitors reduce your speed after you exceeded a certain quota, edpnet does not set any limits for "unlimited internet" in advance. We are - if we say so ourselves - very generous with data usage.
In our conditions (article 7.11) you can read that edpnet applies a Fair Use Policy (FUP). In practice, this rarely happens, and only with extremely heavy usage.
Our helpdesk will kindly ask you to take it easy. If you continue your ‘all-you-can-download’ activities, we will temporarily limit your internet speed. In this way we guarantee the quality of our network for all our customers.
