Renunciation right

When ordering online, as a consumer you have the right to revoke the contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days.

The renunciation period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day, in case of a physical good, that you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the good(s) or, in case of a service, the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of renunciation, you must notify edpnet of your decision to revoke the contract through an unequivocal statement. You can use the model renunciation form, but it is not mandatory: you can also send us another unequivocal statement in which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

In order to comply with the renunciation term it is sufficient to send us your communication concerning the exercise of your right of renunciation before the renunciation period has expired:

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, if applicable, a delivery option other than the least costly method of delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will refund using the same payment method that you have used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different way; in any event, this refund will not incur any fees for you. If applicable, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the good(s) or until you have provided proof of shipment of the good(s), whichever is the earliest of these facts.

You must return or send back the good(s) without delay, but in any event not later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the day you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You're on time if you send back the good(s) before the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has elapsed. The direct cost of returning the good(s) is your responsibility. You are only liable for the value of the good(s) resulting from the use of the good(s), which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good(s).
