I have ordered an DSL subscription, what will happen next

Once you've ordered a DSL subscription: online or by mail, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your order and some extra useful information. Therefore don't forget to mention your active e-mail address during your order.

Edpnet will inform you as soon as a planned activation date is known. All related login data and guidelines will be sent by e-mail and by post together with your first invoice.

If you ordered hardware, then edpnet will send your package with Taxipost (please make sure that someone is present during office hours at the hardware delivery address). Taxipost will leave a visit note when nobody is present and they will deliver your package at the nearest post office/point. You can pick up the package in the next 15 working days. Or our technician will bring the hardware with him, if you have also ordered an installation from us.

You will be informed by phone or e-mail if a technician needs to perform a technical intervention at your location.
