We will transfer your domain name as soon as possible. The edpnet team will contact you whether there are any special requirements before the transfer. Beware: you have to make sure that the contact address in the license details of your domain name is up-to-date. If not, you will need to contact your current domain name provider. You will receive a mail from the registrar which you need to respond to affirmatively. After this last step, we will send you a confirmation mail that your domain has been transferred successfully. Your first invoice will be send by postal mail.
We strongly recommend transferring your domain name together with your hosting to edpnet. It will be easier to manage your website when all the web services belong to one provider. If you still want to transfer your domain name without hosting, please, contact our customer service.
