How do I install and configure my B-box 3 modem

This article will guide you through installing the modem and configuring internet and VoIP services.

Note: Only B-box 3v+ (the most recent model of B-box 3) supports VoIP. The prior model of the device does not support VoIP: it doesn’t have any Phone ports, nor is VoIP configuration available via its web interface.

Connecting and powering on your modem

  • Connect power supply to the modem.
  • Connect DSL cable to your telephone socket (TF2007).
  • Connect one side of the network cable to the computer and the other side to the modem.
