Can I pay a new service or product with my active direct debit
You can pay a new service or product with your existing direct debit. This service/product needs to be added under an existing account with an existing mandate (reference).
Good to know: You have several accounts, and you want to pay with direct debit? You will need a mandate (reference) per account (but they can all mention the same IBAN number) or you can migrate all services/products under 1 account.
